Need it under an outdoor park trailer?** A: Chew or rip with claws….. it would tear easily. **Q: what is the inside diameter? It would need to fit on an exactly 12" pipe for my application from my dust cyclone to the dust barrel. Will this fit?** A: If you are speaking of a home vacuum cleaner, no it will be far too wide.
