Had to go touchless on my Historic 1913 theater fixtures due to COVID 19. After ordering from another company on March 8th, the product never came. **Q: My control box has a power cord attached. Is this optional for use other than batteries or does it have to been plugged into an outlet?**
A: it is dual function, plug-in or batteries, depends on yourself.

**Q: Is there a way to adjust cold/hot water to your preferred temp ?**
A: Yes, the mixer allows adjustment. But since the mixer is next to the solenoid under the sink, it's not convenient to change the temp each time you use it.

**Q: After installation by a licensed plumber, the unit continually drips, water pressure is within acceptable range.  Is the unit defective?**
A: I did not use a plumber. My device does not drip.

**Q: How does this faucet compare to dalmo's touchless bathroom faucet?  i am hesitating which one to choose, their price is same, which one is better**
A: I am satisfied with my faucet. It has worked perfectly since I installed it. I cannot compare it to any other brand. I have not owned any other.

Good unit, but the internal valve tends to leak over time. I have purchased 4 units originally and had to replace the valves on two of them. Would be nice if I could just buy yhr valves.
