I do however keep it under 400 feet. Now the exception to this is as long as you stay within 400 feet of a building or whatever object you can legally fly 400 feet above the building or object. I don't want them spying on me** A: Yes made in China. Easy way to get around the spying thing if you are worried about it. Whatever device you are using for an fpv display ,never hook that unit to the internet and or cell service.
