A Strong, Long-Lasting Solvent Free Adhesive Finding the right adhesive doesn’t have to be a difficult task with Araldite’s line of professional grade epoxy glues. Steel adhesive is a solvent-free, two component epoxy that is water resistant and perfect for the plumber, mechanic, or contractor. Epoxy Glue for Bonding Most Types of Metals Steel adhesive is a strong epoxy adhesive glue for metals including steel, galvanized steel, cast iron, aluminum, iron, copper, and brass. In addition to using this glue for plumbing, cars, gates, and windows, Steel adhesive will also bond to ceramic, wood, and glass so it can be used for multiple projects. Once fully dried, the joined material can be painted and sanded without worrying that it will come apart ensuring the perfect finished look to any material. Sets in 5 Minutes This strong adhesive sets in 5 minutes and obtains full strength in 2 hours. During assembly make sure surfaces are clean and free from dust, corrosion, dirt and grease before applying the clear epoxy adhesive. Apply light pressure to the joint until set and be sure it’s fully dried before sanding or painting.
