I need a newer power bank to replace the previous Anker powercore i had and thought best to go for another Anker brand. Must say the 2 main reasons for my decision was due to my past experience with their products being great as well as their customer service when things didn't go well with the items ordered.The charging brick for the powecore essential 20000 I got in the package would not charge it, even after trying multiple outlets and ensured the cable was connected properly. I then tried using the charging brick with my iPhone and it charged just fine but for some reason it just would not charge the powercore it came with in the order.I reached out to Anker and I got a response within hours. Two emails later and they agreed to send another charging brick to have my issue resolved. After receiving the new charging brick everything works as it should now. Even though both the Anker iQ charging bricks look exactly the same, the older one just won't charge the powercore. This little charging brick is really something for it's size, easily fits into your pocket or purse and it provides really quick charging. it charges my iPhone XR alot faster that the regular adapter and my iPad the same as the 18W adapter it came with which is alot bigger.Key things to note: - The adapter is only USB Type-C supported, Your old charging cables wont work with it - The powercore can charge 2 items the same time (1 USB type-C and the regular Type-A) - The charging speed of the powercore is exceptional, just as you would get a charge from the wall outlet.

This power bank works great. It charges my stud fast and it last. Highly recommend this one! It’s a little heavy but I love it.

Got this charger to replace one that didn’t have the usb-c port. It was a nice upgrade as it’s lighter and looks nice and with so many things not coming with plugs anymore glad this one did. Overall great buy for my needs!It has been 20 months of being a great charger and now all of a sudden doesn’t work. I’ve “reset” it and done everything else I can find online to try to fix it but no luck and sadly the warranty was 18 months. Unfortunate it didn’t last 2 years.

It did the job without any issues. It is extremely sturdy. Super easy to use. My wife really likes it. She charged her phone while at the hospital with me during my hip replacement.On top of that…it comes with everything you need to charge your phone. Worked well for a couple weeks, but now has started randomly turning on and off while charging my phone. Amazon has shipped a replacement. Will share an updated experience after I get a chance to have it longer.Update 11/24/20: The first replacement behaved the same. Worked well for a few weeks, but then started cycling on and off. Probably not good for my phone's battery to start and stop like that so much.Anker reached out again asking for info about what phone I was using and more details. I have 2 Samsung S10's that behaved the same way. Didn't matter which charging port I used.I took them up on an offer to send me their 30w version. It is skinnier than this one, but basically works the same. It's nice that it does charge in half the time. It's been just about 3 weeks now and I haven't that problem come up yet. Updating from 2 Stars to 4 Stars because of very proactive customer service! This is the first time that I've ever had problems with an Anker product. If I don't update this again, it means that the 30w version continues to work well for my S10's.

This is not your average powerbank due to its large capacity but nonetheless a great addition if you are going on long trips. I have other powerbanks but still bought this since it will be great when I’m traveling for long hours due to its large capacity. it can also fast charge my iphone 11 pro max, making it an ideal powerbank when you know an outlet will not always be available. Aside from my iphone, It also fast charges my ipad pro 11, which i always bring with me as long as i have the necessary cables. This anker powerbank also includes a charger, making it more value for money in the long run

Charges my iPhone 8 more times than I can count ( as well as other devices ) on one charge.VERY FAST CHARGEHUGE upgrade from my previous one which is now about 3 years old or more.Only complaint is it is slightly—ONLY SlIGHTYLY—too large. I am a man who wears XL shorts/pants—waist size 36. I’m about 5’11”. (Just to give you an idea of my pocket size.) On the plus side, you will definitely feel someone trying to steal it from you.The size of your whole pocket. Phone will fit inside as well. The sling case/bag for protection the charger comes with is fantastic.
