The small was too big for my five lb dog. My guess, a 10 lb dog, but they do have the measurements . Iid advise measuring your dogs head. **Q: Will this fit a 65 pound pitbull?** A: We used this on our 70 pound German shepard/rot mix, and it just barely covered his eyes. Had to modify to get them to stay in place on my half dachshund/half retriever's nose. I had to take a razor blade and widen the bridge, so it would rest lower, now centering over his eyes. Easy mod. Also, on my dog the ear strap works fine, but the way the lower strap pulls down on the ear strap behind the glasses, causes the glasses to tilt up off his nose, resting only on his brow. So I got some Velcro ties and cut to fit in the bottom vent on either side. Allows me to snug glasses up without tilting them for a perfect fit. Haven't decided if I'll cut off the supplied bottom strap yet or not, but I don't tighten it.
