I though after reading the first few chapers i had made a mistake buying this book because it had repetitive information from other sources, but half way through the book it has things i didn't know, i felt the price was high for the information of 50 or so pages i didnt know.

There have been a lot of books on food but most have "symptom" evaluation, or blood type evaluation, but those don't bear witness in people as we have seen in our work with people.Finally a book we can use with our clients and know they will get answers we can trust. Dr. Cowden has over 30 successful years of hands-on experience dealing with dietary issues with patients. This book is not just theory like so many but practical, applicable knowledge that anyone can use, and clinics can give to their patients and know they are getting knowledge and information that ban be trusted.The time we spend with people dealing with this issue is hard to calculate but it is the single most important issue anyone faces in maintaining their health, and recovering from a health crisis.We recommend this to everyone, including those who have clinics.
