These did not fill me up and of course lack the nutrition elements I would get my having my vega protein shake 2x the protein, half the calories and two servings of vegetables.The taste was okay but like others posted, it will not taste like a oatmeal cookie from mamma's house but a diet cookie.Since I have so many left, I put them in my bag in case I need a snack but I quit this diet half way through the day due to the fact i was starving.

Great product!  My husband and I have these as a pre-game mini-meal about 30-60 minutes before our tennis matches. Works great, easy on your digestion but gives you energy through your game. We love these. They taste good, so much better than any comparable product that I have tried and NO gas side effects. (sorry if that was TMI... :0)
