I also take it to help with nerve damage that I acquired when I damaged my tooth. I also noticed that I get a good boost of awareness and energy after I take one of these in the morning. NOW is a good solid brand that has a food-based B-100 Complex supplement that contains all the important B vitamins in healthy concentrations. Various B vitamins have many functions and benefits and not just the ones above. I think the only complaint I have is that the tablets are pretty large and may be hard to swallow for those who have a hard time swallowing hard tablets in general. Just a warning, taking one of these will make your urine really bright yellow!
