For a 10" circular blade, a carbide blade 60 tooth or more works best. You could also use an 8" plywood cutting blade; one with cooling slots works best. For best results, especially if ripping cuts greater than 2 feet, spray the spinning blade with silicone spray or wipe kerosene on the blade first. To dress (remove tooth marks on) the cut edge, a router bit and straightedge guide works well. Best results are obtained when the least amount of material is trimmed away to minimize heat on the cut surface. YouTube likely has many videos on polishing and finishing. **Q: Are the edges polished?** A: I bought several and none of the edges were polished. Some edges are smoother, some you can see light saw cuts (?). None of this impacts the clarity of the sheets themselves.. The sheets are crystal clear right to the edges.
