Fits car cup holder - I wanted a cup or bottle to use in the car cup holder, they did not get in the way of the gear leaver. Coke can diameter and not much taller. Most cups I found (and bought one before I found this) were too big. Diameter, height or both. This one is perfect size. It takes 250ml - a large mug - which is plenty. Some reviews say it does not keep the drink hot. I have to wait for it to cool down before drinking. It is cheap and has thinner walls than a typical flask, so no expectations of a hot drink for the return journey. One problem. It was impossible to drink from without removing the lid. I realised that there is supposed to be a second hole in the lid to let air in whilst drinking from the main hold. Brief use of the drill and I can drink with the lid on.
