The heart was supposed to attach to the headband simply by inserting the 2 small pegs into the holes.However this didn't work so I had to get out the glue gun and go to work.

Ordered this heart headband for my daughters katy perry Halloween costume. And it came like this!!!!! I'm so upset, spent $15 bucks . And it was already coming unraveled and unglued the moment we took it out of the package.
