It says you need to leave it to dry otherwise can cause different skin reactions. I know one makeup artist been using it without raising brushes in water, I tried on myself and never had any issue, but make sure you leave your brushes at least 12h to dry, and yes - you spray product directly to brush and clean it on towel **Q: Can it be used for cleaning a flat-topped brush that is used for applying liquid and cream foundation?** A: Yes. I use it to all my different shaped brushes. **Q: Can this spray be used on cream blusher?** A: Would definitely not recommend it. This product is strictly for brushes. You just give them a quick spray,wipe off using a towel and they dry Instantly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for a quick clean in between applications *by L***S on 30 December 2024* I bought this as I had begun to suffer breakouts after wearing makeup and realised my brushes were likely the culprit. This works well as a quick clean between applications but I do find I need deep clean my brushes every 2 weeks or so to get all the product out. I am impressed however with how quickly my brushes dry when I use this and all my brushes are still as soft as when I bought them, it’s really easy to use. It does smell quite strong when you first spray it but that doesn’t linger on the brushes, I just make sure I don’t spray too close to my face or clothing.
