I’m going to try cutting it off and letting it reset hopefully that works.Update: I’ve had this for a little over a month and it’s a good dispenser the sensor is very sensitive but I haven’t had major issues since the initial snafu.Update December 2020: stopped worked 7 months in tried replacing batteries but no soap will come out.
