I have four cats who like to jump up on my desk all the time and I didn't want one of them accidentally hitting a tart warmer with a flame. I have only used it once, but it worked perfectly. I like the ability to adjust the bulb temperature. My tart quickly melted and my office was filled with a nice scent while I worked. When I turned it off, the wax cooled much the same as blowing out a candle and I had zero issues.The style is very nice; the four legs giving it a solid platform. However, it is light though, and I think if it was bumped, it would easily slide across the desk or knock over, so that is something to consider. I have mine set in a corner where it won't be knocked about. The dish just rests on top, allowing it to be lifted up to wash as needed.Since I have only used it once for a couple hours, I am not sure on the durability, but that is something I will be watching as I use it more. ### ⭐ Awful *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2015* The glass was misshapen and also the light was too far away from the glass to get it hot enough to get any scent from tarts, where I have not had problems with other ones that I have bought, especially ceramic ones that have a top piece that the tarts or oil go into and it sits directly on the heat source.
