## Description

Valeo fitness products helps to improve cardiovascular conditioning and strength during workouts. Every Valeo fintess product can be used at home or at the gym, and many are easy to take along when you are on the road.

Review: Very good, but beware may not be what you're used to at the Gym--does have some internal shifting, but still great work out! - Not quite the same as my gym used which felt solid (no shifting of inside weight material). The material inside does shift (sand I assume), but if you can get past that, it's a fun and easy way to exercise--better than bar bells that can clunk your legs, head, and shoulders/neck. Just enough weight without overtaxing you to begin with. Outer material easy to grip (not slippery). I'll probably add to my exercise equipment (heavier balls as I progress).
Review: Great - Great
