This is, as the description states, just the top so it does not have a base.It’s very durable, a bit heavy, and super pretty. It feels like metal. The design is lifted a bit so it has some texture to it, which is a pro for me.I have the otter box case that the pop socket fits into and it is sticking out a bit more than the plastic ones do.Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase, the deduction of one star is just for the minor annoyances.

I purchased the otter+pop phone case for my iPhone X s max. I wish I would have gone this route right off the bat and my original phone wouldn’t have broken. I like the design of the moon is really pretty and you can’t go wrong with an otter box case they are well made and sturdy. I definitely recommend and make sure you read the description details. I purchased the otter + pop symmetry series black and separate purchased the popsocket top replacement of the “moon” it clearly says base not included on the details. Also, make sure the popsocket top fits the otter +pop phone cases or if it’s just for a base as sizes might vary .

Don’t order if you want a full pop socket. Only the expandable part and disc. Not the sticky part to mount to your phone. Too much of a hassle to return so stuck with half a pop socket. Grrrrrr

This is only the removable pop top. You need the socket that attaches to the phone which this clips onto. But it is a very nice addition to the popsocket.

The design Color’s look less soft compared to the picture. It looks more like a bad photo compared to the product listing. Not totally happy with it.
