The instructions for the recipe are on the back, making it easy to make at home! Tastes like the top-rated, most popular dish among Indian food enthusiasts! I love this, it takes me back to a good place in time. When I open my cupboard and see it I smile and say, "Hello you... old friend, I think I might make you tonight and savor in your sweet, smoky spices. Take me to your home country and let me bask in your flavor." Quite dramatic you say? No, no.... It's not enough to just make a dish. I live in a place with only 3 kinds of restaurants within a 3 hour drive: American (what we call "Grease-on-a-spoon"), Mexican, and Chinese. I love it here, but there is absolutely no cultural cuisine unless it comes from my own kitchen! So this brings me to a perfectly simple and delicious taste of culture beyond the dish itself. The flavors blend so seamlessly together for a truly cohesive Indian cuisine night! Glad to have found it again. A little goes a long way, but this is one of my best-kept secrets for Masala. Everyone loves it! Sometimes I actually add a little coconut milk to it as well, depending on how I'm feeling, but the recipe on the back is still the best. You can make it as mild or as spicy as you like, and if it's too spicy for someone they can always add a little yogurt to tone it down. I hope everyone who tries this likes it as I do!
