Review: Filling and low sugar - Great flavours, there definitely some differences in texture between the flavours though. Red velvet is my favourite, but also like the cherry Bakewell, strawberry cheesecake and honey berry. Find all the chocolate and peanut ones a bit dry.

A: Per 75g bar there is: 33.5g carbs, 20g protein and 4.2g fat.

**Q: how come the sum of ingredients in a 75 g serving is more than 75g?**
A: The carbs are broken down to show sugar, polyols and fibre - so you are double counting. The total carbs is all that matters

**Q: Are these halal?**
A: Yes its halal. It's written in Arabic on the back of the packaging, it says: "Halal Bovine Collagen Protein" watch my video.

**Q: Are they suitable for vegetarians?**
A: No as they contain gelatine

I love these flapjack bars, and have tried them in lots of great flavours. The variety pack is a good way to try multiple ones to find your own favourite, but so far, the Honey Berry is mine. The Cherry Bakewell is also delicious, and might be my new No. 1. The texture, flavour and protein content are great, and I have them on subscription for an even better price.

I am not keen on the texture of these bars. They are very dense, a bit dry and overly sweet. This brands “Crunchy Bars” are far superior. However, these do the job of providing high protein in compact form. Ideal shape for the gym bag or packed lunch box. Make sure you have plenty to drink with you. They make you very thirsty. The Red Velvet ones taste much better than the other flavours in this range. The “Cookies and “Cream” ones are not too bad but have are over sweet with a lingering, sweet, aftertaste. Don’t buy the “cup cake” ones, they are vile with a fishy taste and I am having difficulty getting Amazon to accept their return! I would stick with this brands “crunchy range” they are lovely.
