Its is a 3 piece set up and not one of the pieces works with the other. The plastic cap that keeps the rubber end coved doesn't not lock into place. The rubber piece does not stay in the housing. The the plastic housing falls right off if the rubber falls out. All in all I ended up with the rubber in the dirt, the housing falling off and water spilling down my front. This repeated as many times as i tried to work with it. The pack itself is solid but you'll need to move to another make until they get the mouth piece right. ### ⭐ Poor design of the hydro bag... no answer from customer support *by P***X on Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2018* overall the backpack looks good but the design of the water bag is really poor.The quick release connector is useless!
