Naomiki Sato's Origami Roses: Create Lifelike Roses and Other Blossoms Kindle Edition

Knew these would be a challenge going in, as the roses are absolutely beautiful, but wow are these tough! I'm a highly experienced origami artist (more than 15 years experience), and they were even a little too challenging for me. The artistry and intricacies are wild! Highly recommend to origami prodigies, who are looking for gorgeous models that will take a lot of work to perfect.

I absolutely love Naomiki Sato’s designs. These folds are challenging, especially the pentagon roses, but practice makes perfect and his guide book is great. I hope to get ahold of his first book one day.

I love origami and I am not a beginner but I can only follow these instructions tell I’m about half done and then I’m stuck I’ve tried all of them but have been unable to finish even one.

I was so excited to see that Naomiki Sato had finally published a book/guide for his beautiful designs! Definitely not for beginner, although the first few pages go over types of folds and creasing, the basics. I am finding it somewhat challenging however I am just amateur, I appreciate how the book not only gives you the instructions but also how to "set it up" for optimal presentation and the different tools you need which are not hard to find.Would definitely recommend to origami enthusiasts :)

I am honestly a little underwhelmed! I have known how to fold kawasaki roses for some time and was expecting that but these roses are different. They are sort of hollow. I will probably need to fold leaves to get the full effect. Still, the diagrams are a little strange honestly. Id prefer illustrations all the way through. If I have better success ill post an update image otherwise idunno.

I absolutely love this book. The illustrations and photographs are beautiful and clear. The instructions are well-written. I have no hang-ups. I would recommend this book to anyone who is well advanced at origami and loves to make lifelike things out of it.

This book is incredible, the content is beautiful and instruction thorough. However the kindle version has not translated the pictures effectively and are nearly impossible to decipher the more complex stages. Buy this book, please do but not on kindle.
