I will say these work a lot better on the store purchased chalkboard vs. the wall painted in chalkboard paint.I will use these for my regular chalkboard, but to really achieve a clean erase on my painted chalkboard wall, I will still need to use a damp cloth.These seem to be made very well and I like the wood look.
