I am a big-time coffee drinker, and the caffeine in this product certainly helps me out a lot during my long runs. I find that taking this at miles 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11,...etc seems to do the trick for my body. I've been able to run much faster longer, which I would attribute to fueling and this product for sure.
