These are bulk packaged masks from a main distributor/manufacturer, so packed accordingly with bulk cellophane outer. They do have a quality certificate, but it's all in Chinese. However, with the right app on your phone you can get a translation, and the only item of real interest is the expiry date. Mine were well in date. The fit was OK for me but not for my wife, but that's just the way it goes.
