Really nice pan. **Q: Hi. is it ptfe free? does it come with lid?** A: No don't come with lid, but you can order one or you can use one if you have an old one... I loved this fan I can used it for everything.. **Q: The pot is very beautiful and i like it very much. i am very disappointed now. after a few uses, the handle of the pot is loose. what should i do?** A: Remove the screw, take it apart and use some epoxy to glue and stabilize it. **Q: Does it take long to heat up?** A: No it does not. One for my household and 1 for 2 of my daughters. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't stay nonstick after a handful of months *by L***N on Reviewed in the United States on 31 October 2017* I've used this wok almost daily for about five months now, and it's no longer nonstick. I've only hand-washed it, and I usually use a silicon spatula when cooking with it. As others have mentioned, the handle gets loose quite quickly, but I was able to tighten it again with a screwdriver and haven't had a problem since. The green "OK" thing was never really useful (I think it's supposed to turn green when the pan is hot?) and it seems to be permanently "on" at this point. Overall, it's a decent pan, but it didn't last as long as I would've liked. ### ⭐⭐ Didn’t last *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States on 22 December 2018* In the beginning it was a great pan, light weight, none-sticky. However, after a few months of use, it’s not none-sticky any more.
