Review: Great bread making purchase! - I was looking for a sourdough bread proofer in oval and round shape. This is a great price. The scrapper is also sturdy and fits great in my hand. I will be replacing lame as it does not cut well and plastic is cheap. That being said, still worth the purchase. Bread bowls and covers well made!

The 9 inch round was 8-1/4”, the 10” was barely 9”. The quality was fine and easy to use. Cleaning was fine. The manufacturer did quickly offer me a discount.

Did ship faster than expected but after I washed it wish warm water and dish soap as directed, the oval basket turned reddish and the razor had leaked glue and rusted? And also there’s an odor with the baskets.
