I've had such trouble swallowing the capsules but had never seen the liquid in any store. When I saw it in my Amazon search for capsule reorder I opted for this.What a relief! It delivers more in one daily teaspoon than the two large capsules and it's obviously so much easier to take.Now, it is fish oil, but the taste is almost as promised, mild lemony. For me, I saw right away I need to take it with food because the oil goes directly to my stomach without the delay the capsules provide. I can tell I've taken it, but so far I've had no real negative reaction and will continue to tweak exactly when to take it.I have not calculated a price comparison, but this liquid says it's only 24 servings (1 tsp daily) and I know the capsules have to be less expensive, but I haven't bothered yet as it's so nice not to work at choking on the capsule!Don't get me wrong, if I could easily take the capsules I would continue with them, but I can't and I need fish oil supplements.
