Very disappointed with product received when I reordered these.. *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2020* Originally, I loved this item but when I reordered I received a smaller mailer than the one in my previous order. I immediately noticed the difference as it is not like the one pictured. The one I received is white on the inside instead of gray like before and smaller in size. However, I needed them because I only had 2 or 3 mailers left from my first order. When I was packaging my orders, it was hard trying to put the items inside the new mailer because of the size difference. The price was also higher than when I originally purchased them, which I didn't mind but it was not the same product. Very disappointing. They are a convenient size to ship small items that I sell through my store. The envelopes are opaque so you cannot see through them. I was disappointed that it took well over the prime shipping time. They seem to have gotten lost in the mail because tracking stopped at one city for several days. HOWEVER, I did receive notification from Amazon that they were lost and I was immediately offered a refund. The envelopes eventually arrived and by the label they were found and routed correctly through a different carrier service.
