Review: A must have for your department 56 collection. - A must for any department 56 collector. I have two, 1 for my fall and 1 for my winter collection. I painted the fall one black to allow it to easily blend in to the scene. The connections to a single power strip vice multiple power adapters help due to limited outlet space. It also makes for a more clutter free space, due to excess wires. An improvement could be the length of the wires.

I have over 50 village houses. This product is a lifesaver. I personally have 5 of these. The cords are so much smaller and easier to hide and work with when putting up the village. Yes, the bulbs are a bit dimmer, but they still nicely show all the details in each individual building. In my opinion, they look better than the original bulbs that come with the houses. The softer light makes it look more realistic. A must for any collector with a large (or growing) village.
