How do I clean the top of the humidifier? Brushes don't seem to fit** A: Is a small one, it doesn't produce very much indeed. Try to clean with a dry clot or a dry brush **Q: There is not alot of steam produced and its about 2m from my bed will the steam fill the room eventually? I am using to help my dehydration at night** A: That depends on size of bedroom but a average size this will be fine. This unit puffs out steam every few seconds so should do the trick as it gradually fills the area you don't want to much steam or would be like a Turkish bath okay Google luck there good little machines for the money **Q: I recently received it, was working fine but the cable got damaged so fast just in few days. How can i get a replacement cable?** A: I would suggest contact the manufacturer re a replacement cable under warranty. **Q: Any advice on how to remove hard water line scale build up from the metal disc?** A: If you get a water filter jug, only use filtered water in the humidifier. Should decrease the lime scale a lot. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This little device is a bargain!!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 March 2021* Wow. I had an issue with this after 3 months of using it, the wire had a fault and I assumed the actual humidifier broke. The seller was amazing when I contacted them, they sent out a replacement almost immediately without hesitation or question and I got a whole new humidifier the next day.The humidifier does the job I need, it would’ve been nice for it to give off warmth rather than cold but it still does the job nonetheless. It is extremely easy to use and the night light adds an ambience to the room it’s in as well so that’s a bonus. There’s absolutely no noise coming from this device, at times it seems like it isn’t even there so that really helps.I got this for my plants and noticed the growth of my plants and health is much better with this.9 out of 10 only because of the fact that it’s cold rather than warm but all round excellent.I am extremely happy with the service from the seller and would highly recommend shopping from here because they do actually care about the service they provide. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good. But less durable. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 July 2023* This is a nice-looking humidifier which is easy to operate. Especially, it is easier to handle compared to the bulky humidifier we bought later. I am not sure if it is due to the water quality in the UK, but this stopped working after a few months. Because it is a nice-looking one and we loved it while it was operational, it was sad to throw it away. But compared to other alternative options, it provides value for the money. But it is better to spend more money at once and buy something durable, especially because it isn't good to throw away electronics too often due to environmental reasons. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small, but powerful, very efficient great product 👍🏼 *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 April 2021* Very pleased with the Humidifier it is small and cute, but it has a mighty punch, I was surprised how the humidifier changed the air, I have a thermometer so it showed me how quick the humidity went up. This is great for my houseplants. It is easy to use just fill it up with water and plug in the usb and switch it on. It doesn’t make a sound and it has a led light which makes it warming even though it’s a cool mist humidifier. I guess because it is small you may have to fill it up more, but I haven’t come across that being a nuisance.
