Review: Delicious and healthy. - These pitas are great! I was looking for a healthier alternative to the microwave egg and cheese breakfast pita sandwiches I was buying. These have been the perfect replacement! They are soft, and easy to use as a pocket sandwich. I fill them with cooked egg whites, a slice of cheese and a couple pieces of Canadian bacon. Throw them in the air fryer for a few minutes to warm/crisp up and away I go. I will definitely be buying them again!
