I an fairly impressed i was super nervous at first but i trust amazon. Came in perfect condition, no damages. Easy to install i am 4 months pregnant and impatient and was able to do it myself! Noise is regular in my opinion, performance is perfect and appearance is nice small and sleek.

Worth the price. 6,000 BTU for a medium sized bedroom with tall ceilings. Cooled down the room INSTANTLY. No regrets.

It fits the product description. It was easier to install than expected. It has done a lot for helping with humidity which is a lifesaver during this heat wave. I can actually sleep through the night now. I will say it is a bit loud but personally I love that so for me it’s ASMR and great.

It's loud and cycles between blowing cold air and blowing cool air. Probably would not buy again.

Our central a/c unit was having a rough time keeping up with some of the more extreme temperatures this summer so we supplemented with this small unit to just keep the bedroom cooler at night and setting the central air at a higher temp at night. It worked like a charm and we were comfortable. I also liked that I could control it with a remote, especially if we got too chilly in the wee hours of the night. It doesn't run too loudly. I can still hear the tv at a normal setting.

This is a great unit. It’s used in a large multi-purpose room and it cools very quickly even on $ Energy Saver mode. The unit is a great fit in my window, very easy to install. Unfortunately it’s a little noisy.

I got this about 3 years ago and it's been great but it's in my 14 by 60 ft out building but when my mother's ac broke I got her one also and she lives in a standard mobile home now it's a few inches shorter than a standard AC but had to get it to fit my smaller window but it's a great AC we both agree it is much colder than her Kenmore when it was in its prime and when I have to buy another one it will be this one if it's still available.

As soon as I turned this on I knew it was gonna be a dud. Barely blows cool air, I have it in a small bedroom and it doesn’t cool it down at all. Not worth it.
