TETRATEX is a broad spectrum antibiotic used for the treatment of chlamydial and other intestinal or respiratory bacterial infections in birds. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add one level teaspoon (5ml) of TETRATEX to 8 fl. oz. (236 ml) of clean distilled drinking water for small birds (i.e. Parakeet) OR add two level teaspoons (10 ml) of TETRATEX to 8 fl. oz. (236 ml) of clean distilled drinking water for large birds (i.e. Mynah). Use as bird’s only source of drinking water. Use fresh solution every day for five days. If bird does not respond to treatment or if bird’s condition worsens, consult a veterinarian. Keep stock solution covered in a dark refrigerator and discard after five days. Keep container closed before and after use. Store in a cool, dry place. PRECAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Not for human consumption, or for use in birds whose meat or eggs are intended for human consumption.
