She wears very expensive cheer uniforms that do not do very well in the wash. I wanted to buy these to help extend the life of her uniform. We will not get to use them for cheer, due to the coronavirus, however we did try them to see how we like them. We both used a set during a run in very humid Florida and were very pleased with the outcome! They pads were comfortable to wear, and once positioned correctly, were barely noticeable. There was no residue left behind on our clothing and they absorbed nicely. There are several in the pack, which will last her next cheer season and far beyond. I could also see wearing these with dark grey clothing, which tends to show sweat more than others. Would be helpful to prevent yellowing on white garments, too. I'm worried I'm going to rip my shirts! They're too sticky at the top.I found a workaround! I just take the top sticky part and stick it to something and remove it a few times to loosen the stickiness. I put it on my jeans and took it a couple of times before putting it on my shirt. It stayed all day and came off without damaging my shirt at the end of the day.
