As far as the product, the instructions included are minimal. For example, they don't have any info on how to hook the monitor onto the collar, but it didn't take long to figure out (still would be nice to have a demo/step by step). It also included a plastic piece that I believe is for testing the collar and screwing on the nodes. It worked as far as screwing on the nodes to the monitor, but I was not able to use it to test the collar (there also isn't any info included about it being used as a tester/screw device...I just assumed from other reviews). I was able to test the collar by tapping the monitor on the side that sits against the dog's neck. Lastly, the "level" adjustment is a dial up/dial down. I really wish it clicked and locked the level you wanted to keep it on. My dog shakes a lot when walking because she hates the way the collar feels on her neck and this triggers an unwanted beep. I then have to dial down the level because i don't want her to get shocked and be confused. My dog only barks when she's on a leash and can't go near another dog and for the most part, she is learning. I live in an apartment building and there's a dog on the 2nd floor balcony that goes crazy when she sees my dog and my dog will go at it with her. After wearing the collar for 2-3 days, she will do a low growl/bark and after she hears the first beep, she calms down and goes about her business. Overall, the shipping and seller communication were 5 stars which is great and to be expected from Amazon and the price point wasn't too bad so it's worth ordering to see if it's a good fit for you dog. ### ⭐⭐ Design flaw and quality control problems with this collar. *by R***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 21, 2016* I ordered three of these. Two of them worked fine, but one was set too high at the factory and went off at the lowest setting with just loud room noise. Unfortunately, the small schnauzer who wore it became very afraid when she had it on. Adjusting the dial to the lowest setting had no effect. Eventually, I had to get her a collar that omitted a citronella spray as the shock level was way too much for her and was almost constant due to poor quality control from the factory. The other two collars worked fine. There is also a design flaw in the collars, however. The dial that adjusts the sensitivity has no detents in it and is free to rotate. I found that once I set the level for the other two dogs on the collars that worked, I needed to cover the dial with shipping tape in order to keep it from moving to either a stronger or weaker level. I feel you would do better if you considered purchasing another brand of collar to prevent barking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ running in circles and yelping like hell. HA Ha hHa ( I feel Evil and I don't care )When this thing gave her the full effect I nearly lost my SH!T meanwhile she was losing hers! She was legit freaking out, running in circles and yelping like hell. I was laughing and on the verge of tears at the same time. I'm Sick. The poor baby. As her mother I couldn't take another min of it my heart was breaking and so I tried to get the collar off of her while she was mid freak out. ( Don't try this at home until the freak out has ended) She accidentally bit my finger, on both sides and it hurt! Blood was gushing.... even from my eyes! JK... That's just how I pictured it in my head while all of this was going on.Anyway, from that day on, once the collar goes on she basically turns into a statue.... afraid to go outside, eat, walk, scratch n sniff and most importantly BARKKKKKKKKKKKKK lol.
