I haven't weighed him, but I'll guess he is probably 75lbs.I love love love this grappling dummy. I can take the new moves from bjj and practice and perfect them on my dummy. It is pretty solid. I haven't had any problem with the dummy ripping.I convinced my friend to get one. He filled it with the filing of an old punching bag. He also likes the dummy for practicing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable, good size *by S***U on Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2019* The material is very heavy and it seems like it will hold up well. The description says it comes with sandbags, but the little bags that came with it were not what I was expecting and we didn't end up using them. They are nylon with zippers, and there is one larger square one and two little ruler-shaped ones. Maybe they have some other use that I don't know about, but I just ignored them. I stuffed the dummy with old clothes and it ended up about 35 pounds. We figured that was plenty without worrying about sandbags. I would not say it is easy to stuff, but it's not too bad. It will be fairly simple to get in there and change something if we feel the need. Beware of leaving it lying around; it is disconcerting to see a "body" laying there when you don't expect it.
