We use to treat alum that the gold anodized has been damaged. **Q: Is this manufacured in henkel -madison heights or warren** A: It doesn't say on the pen where it's manufactured, only a corporate headquarters location. **Q: What is the expiration date? Does it come with a coc?** A: It came in with COC when I purchased it first time. However, when I purchased second time the certificate was not there. I could not even contact the vendor. I guess I was lucky first time.
