They are easy to hold in my hands. Because it is beautiful teakwood, the only inconvenience is that you should periodically, "wipe a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil or cooking oil and dry it" to protect and take care of the wood. Also, the grain of teak colors is different in each. I wish they were both the same, but they were probably made by two different people who had separate boards of teak to fashion into spatulas. I think the current $9.00 price is reasonable for a teak spatula that is handcrafted, as shown on the Product Page's video. It shows great workmanship.

I needed a wooden, flat spatula to cook foods more easily. I decided to order both the right and the left angled FAAY 11.5 Inch Teak Wood Spatulas. They are beautifully crafted. The angle allows me to smoothly scrape and turn the ingredients in my skillet. They are easy to hold in my hands. Because it is beautiful teakwood, the only inconvenience is that you should periodically, "wipe a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil or cooking oil and dry it" to protect and take care of the wood. Also, the grain of teak colors is different in each. I wish they were both the same, but they were probably made by two different people who had separate boards of teak to fashion into spatulas.
