The taste is quite good—not too sweet, which is a relief since many gummies can be overpowering. They have a nice, mild flavor that makes them easy to take daily. However, they are very chewy and tend to get stuck in your teeth, which can be a bit annoying. I’ve still given 5 stars because, unlike iron tablets or liquid forms I’ve tried in the past, these gummies haven’t been hard on my stomach at all, which is a huge win. Given this fact, the value for money is good! I’ll need a few more weeks to assess their efficacy, but so far, they’re a solid option for anyone looking for a gentler iron supplement. Will report back with updates! Review: Very good product! - I rarely write reviews but this is a very good product. Gentle on stomach, tasty, easy to take and effective in just a couple of weeks. ## Features - HIGH-STRENGTH IRON SUPPLEMENTS: Our iron gummies for women and men provide 20 mg of gentle iron per serving to help you fight iron deficiency. Made of high-strength iron, they are an excellent energy booster for tiredness. - IRON DEFICIENCY: While women are more likely than men to have low iron levels due to menstrual blood loss, we developed a convenient alternative to gentle iron tablets women & men. Suitable for all adults aged 12 and above.
