Both the medium and large size fit the same finger just alike. The medium is just barely narrower at the top but other than that they’re the same size. The finger I use these on is a size 8 ring size if that helps at all and I keep my nails short. The little metal piece works as expected. A bit larger one would have been better. I tried it on my little finger and it fits well like I wanted it to fit my ring finger. Oh well.
