I was a little annoyed that the bottom half of the chair arrived one week and the top half didn't arrive until the following week, however, once it was put together I was happy with the chair. I gave the chair 4 stars for comfort and support because it isn't a perfect fit for me - I need to put a pillow behind my lower back for support. The one concern that I have with the chair is getting out of it. You have to push down firmly on the foot rest with your legs until you hear a click - this is not a problem for me but for anyone with leg or back issues they might not like this feature. My mother, who has back issues and is in her 90's, would never be able to get out of this chair!

Love, love, love the 2 hidden cup holders. Convenient and nice looking, also love the color, match for my room. This recliner has been used since it was delivered and it still looks brand new. Was delivered almost 1 weeks ago and has had several butts in this either jumping on it, reclining or even had a couple of little ones fall asleep on it. This thing still looks great. Wasn't sure when they dropped it off as they left it at my front door. However, we used a dolly to bring it inside and it was fairly lightweight when it came to putting it together. Didn't think it was going to last with several little ones but it really has. When I "tested" it out, I ended up falling asleep on it. We now keep a small, decorative sheet on the back of it for the just in case you get too comfy. Love the look and goes great with out other furniture. You will definitely not be disappointed with this recliner.

The comfort is very good. The fabric is soft and stays clean. It took me awhile to learn how to lock in the footrest with my legs. I had to do it by hand for quite awhile until I developed the technique. I would like the armrests to be a little different design so that when the back is fully down my arms had a more comfortable support.

With the easy assembly, it does not feel sturdy. Arm rests loose. Would rather have had to add a bolt or two. Better out there for the money.Added a star. Still think it's not sturdy enough but it's very comfortable and I'm not a small person.

I have enjoyed everything about my chair. It was very simple to put together. It is not super heavy so I cannot handle it, but it seems very sturdy so far. The fabric has been the biggest surprise. It is almost a brushed jersey knit. It is cool to the touch and I've enjoyed that. And so far stains do not set or stay. Would buy another item of this brand and seller

UPDATE - I have had this chair for about 11 months now. Today the footrest release cord broke in two separate spots. I can't get the foot rest to come up now and I'm extremely disappointed. It's not a high end chair but for the price I would expect it to last a couple years at least, especially as it has not been heavily used by any means. It's also gotten progressively more wobbly and loose feeling and the I can feel the springs in the seat popping. It did held my husband while he couldn't move much, but now it's just shoddy furniture.My 46 year old husband had emergency surgery for a broken hip. I wanted to get something that was easy for him to get in and out of. This recliner is nicely firm and provides good support, it goes together very easily, but when it arrived the fabric was a little grubby in a couple spots and it isn't super sturdy, it feels a little rickety. It is fairly comfortable, but if I didn't need something quickly this wouldn't have been my first choice. I would give it 3.5 stars.

I had a little trouble putting it together, but I am older and not as strong as I was. It is comfortable enough. The kids like the cup holders.
