I have purchased teflon, iron cast, aluminum before and this is by far the best. I got rid of the other pans/pots that I owned. The heat distribution is great. The pans utilize very little oil and when I cook sunny side up eggs, the eggs slide off the pans easily. It also cleans beautifully. As soon as I wash it, the water droplets slide off easily. I don't think I've ever had to scrub anything off due to stickiness (because there isn't any).
