Review: Buck quality - I really like this buck sprint knife, the blade deployment was great and the lockup was perfect. Blade was spot on, nice and centered. I really enjoy the weight not too light, I like a knife with some weight, to me it allows for easier handling. The blade was really sharp too. I hope buck continues using the 420 steel, to me the perfect knife steel, keeping the cost down and super easy to sharpen. I have over 200 knives all shapes and models but I enjoy the buck knives that are made in good old USA. Now the not so good part, the blade that I received had some scratches that suggest to me that someone else might had owned this knife before, don’t know for sure though but, I’m not going to send it back for such a small concern. After I have had it for a week they will be more scratches anyway. I’m looking at the pro now, maybe a purchase down the road.

I really like this buck sprint knife, the blade deployment was great and the lockup was perfect. Blade was spot on, nice and centered.
