That big black tab in the middle and the D ring has enough weight that it makes the collar slip around and pretty soon it’s under your dog’s chin rather than on the back of his neck. My dog wore it for maybe half a day and I was turning the collar around where it’s supposed to sit every time I saw him. I didn’t pay $60 to look at a buckle. Every collar has a buckle. I don’t understand why they didn’t just put the D ring at the end like every other collar. So disappointed, this really is a beautiful collar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice collar for the cost *by J***K on Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2020* This collar looks GREAT. It seems to be one of the most comfortable ones for our dog as he's not scratching or pawing at it nor showing signs of discomfort.We have, however, noticed a few spots where the rivets (?) are broken or something is missing? We know it has not been snagged or caught on anything so we do not know what could've caused this. The only downside to this area is the broken/bent metal pieces - if he lays beside your arm or leg the wrong way... the metal will scratch your skin and be very uncomfortable. We just try to be mindful and rotate the collar to prevent that one area from contacting our skin.It's a bit discouraging considering the price but overall this is a very nice dog collar.(I'd be happy to upload pictures of the damaged areas of this particular collar if wanted or needed) ### ⭐⭐ More for looks than function. *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2019* Very disappointed with the quality. I have big dogs and usually have our collars hand made (pitbullgear.com) but after reading reviews I figured I’d check these out. So light I honestly thought the box was empty. While this may be great when purchasing running shoes, it’s not what I expected when purchasing a 2.5” wide studded collar to hold back my monsters. Trust the reviewers who say that this collar is NOT for pullers. My smallest dog (1 year old OEB) could have torn this to shreds before we walked a mile. Leather feels cheap, very thin in comparison, and sizing is off by about 1.5”.
