Previous owner stored it in non optimal conditions and long lived rust began to pit the blades, the bolsters were corroded, poor little knife has had a hard life. **Q: Please provide the information regarding the cleaning pad. I need to purchase a new cleaning pad and don't know what to buy?**
A: We apologize this is not a brand available in the US it is bought wholesale with no label.  Any sponge will work with our products.  If scrubbing is needed any soft bristle will be the same.

**Q: Does this clean stains other than rust?  My refrigerator has streaks on it that don’t come off with other stainless steel cleaners.**
A: Most cases yes, it will clean it.  These products are not only Stainless Steel Cleaner, they are Stainless Steel Rust & Stain Removers.  Our main Stainless Steel Rust remover gets under the stain and rust and lifts it out.  Substantial difference from a cleaner

**Q: I need to replace the cleaning scrub pad. Is this a white scotch brite cleaning pad?**
A: I use alternate sponges/scrub pads. They all work. The chemical does the majority of the work. The key is to have good gloves protecting your skin. It will irritate your hands if exposed for long durations. But that is clearly warned on the label.

**Q: Can this be used to remove rust from steel shafts on golf clubs?**
A: Some people do have success cleaning Golf Clubs with our products.  It is primarily for Stainless Steel Rust Removal.

After following the instructions, I had to apply 4 applications of the product to see a little of the rust dissolve. I still have rust. I will not buy or recommend this product to friends and love ones. “Disappointed” I read up on the product before purchasing and thought I had made the right choice in the purchase.
