This will not be suitable for really small framed men, women or kids. I am 5'4" and 126 lbs, chest is 36", waist is about 27" so quite average size and at the smallest of the chest and waist strap of this hydration pack (I got the one that has the belt pouches), it is only just barely small enough to be snug so that it doesn't move much when running.It's good enough for me, but anyone smaller might have difficulties making it smaller.Will review once I use the bladder pack as I live in subtropics weather so I'm keen to test the coolness of the water. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good pack for the money *by E***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2018* This is a nice inexpensive hydration backpack. My previous pack was a Camelbak and compared to that this is less convenient to fill. The water bag attaches with three Velcro straps which are attached so that instead of pressing them together or wrapping them around the top you must use a half twist so that the faces that stick to each other meet. Seems like either a design flaw or assembly error. Not a big deal. The major improvement over the Camelback is the drinking tube. On the Camelbak "the bite and drink end" fell off and disappeared twice within two weeks. Once it falls off, water leaks out as soon as you bend over. The drink tube end on the Mubasel has an attached cover and a "pull to use" fitting. Much more secure. The water bladder sits inside a reflective foil case which does keep the water a little cooler a little longer. The interior pockets are big enough to hold a fleece pullover and some smaller stuff and the side hip pockets have additional room if needed or can be folded out of the way. Pretty happy with this pack so far which I have used for hiking, biking and kayaking. Very good value for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great insulated hydration backpack! *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2018* Bought these for my kids (11 & 13) so they could stay hydrated on our vacation hikes. I appreciated that these were insulated (most that we looked at were not) & they can fit 2L of water in them. We previously had water bottles and slings but those get in your way when climbing on rocks and through caves, etc. We really appreciate the caps on the end of the mouthpiece. When hiking through Utah, it gets really dusty and we saw others with hydration backpacks who had to have a friend wash off their mouthpiece prior to drinking. It also gave my kids adequate space for their Junior Ranger packets, pencil, phone, sunglasses and chapstick. My only complaint is that we use the water bottle refillers to fill them up and you have to hold them at a bit of an angle since the opening is a screw-on large cap on the side & you have to use your hand to "activate" the water filler. We saw another person filling their bag from the top & it was much easier.
