I have this set up in a communication closet that is roughly 25 ft away from the TV. I am using an xbox 360 that connects to the transmitter and that hooks to the receiver over Cat5. The receiver is then connected to my LG TV. This setup is really nice to be able to hide wires. I wish there was a way to disable the indicator light after connecting...black tape works fine thought :) After watching a few movies I noticed that the screen would cut in and out briefly. This isn't much of a problem since it was less than 1 second most times but online gaming would be kind of an inconvenience to have the screen go black for a second here and there. I think the problem is with the Cat5 line I ran. Would have liked to run Cat6 but regretfully I didn't. If the screen cuts out, a simple reset helps reconnect the transmitter/receiver.
