First, my skin needs to be damp. Immediately after washing my face, I apply a light moisturizer and wait less than a minute and then I apply a very small amount of Instantly Ageless to my fingertip. I gently tap the eye area where I’ve applied the cream with my finger, spreading out the product. As it dries, the bags diminish, usually in less than 5 minutes.
