The hardest part of the installation process was removing the old faucet and cleaning up the sink where it had been. We'd grown used to an older style faucet with two knobs, versus this single joystick control, so there was a learning curve involved at first. But not that we're accustomed to it, we love it! The extension hose is weighted and retracts through gravity smoothly and reliably. The fit and finish are class A. If your old faucet has a side sprayer, be sure and buy a 2" plug color matched plug for the hole that will be left in the sink when you remove the sprayer.

It makes struggling with faucet wrenches a thing of the past. The second is the warranty. If you have an issue they will send you a replacement part free of charge.
