    Ready to tame the West

The packaging says it is for ages 25 and up and this certainly isn't an action figure for kids.Bass Reeves was the first US Deputy Marshall and may have been the model for "The Lone Ranger." The Dime Novel Legends toy company market this figure as a "Territories Lawman" but I'm assuming it's supposed to be Bass Reeves (as it looks like him...). The painting and sculpt of this 1/18th cowboy are pretty good. He came with a double crossdraw revolver holster and I decided it was "wrong" and I tried to slide the holsters around his waist and I broke the belt. Turns out I was an idiot as I checked an article about Bass Reeves and he wore his guns crossdraw... oops... so the figure is correct... I'll order a replace gun belt for the figure (although I'm not sure how to get it on him) . The only thing I can fault this action figure for adults is that his tin star is a loose item and not molded onto  his vest. I'm not sure what you are supposed to do with it.
